所有送貨服務均限於以下條件：
- 如果您在送達時不在家裡，我們將收取$200港幣的費用以重新安排行程。
- 每件物品的上門附加費應適用於僅帶樓梯入口的送貨地點，或由於其尺寸而無法在您的住宅樓使用電梯運輸的物品
- 送貨時間: 週一至週六辦公時間（上午9點至下午6點）
- 星期日及公眾假期不設送貨
送貨服務安排需知
- 未能提供送貨服務地區包括: 禁區、5.5公噸或以上貨車不能進入的路段、展覽場地、倉庫、酒店、裝修單位、船屋/船、地盤、貨櫃碼頭、貨品須經露台懸掛入屋內或現場環境不容許運送所購買之貨品的地點。如須送貨至客運碼頭，顧客須自行安排海路運送及貨物上落事宜
- 送貨服務收費為卸貨點至送貨地址之間的100米範圍內，否則宜家家居委派之送貨隊將直接收取港幣$200 之搬運費，並提供收據。
所有運輸服務是由Updesks安排，如在送貨當日，送貨地址無人應門，因需再次安排送貨，會收取送貨費用$200,視付地區而定。
- 由於運送服務是以外判形式安排，所有因運送過程及安裝時所導致的損壞(包括送貨地址的大廈設施、客戶之家居設施、裝修及用品)，客戶須自行與運輸人員商討解決方案，Updesks將不會參與其中。
- 如送貨當天遇上惡劣天氣，嚴重水浸，道路阻塞或封閉，送貨服務將有可能延誤或暫停。我們會以電話聯絡顧客再作安排。
- 如送貨地址與允許停車位置, 相距超過一條街或100米為一個單位以上路程，運送服務將會另加費用(收取$200)。
不接受退貨。如貨品因出廠缺陷而導致品質問題，顧客須於簽署收貨文件前與KLT聯絡，如Updesks確認是因出廠缺陷而導致品質問題，Updesks會安排進一步的檢查，而已更換零件維修之產品不設換貨或退款。
品質問題不包括以下情況 :
- 因物料的天然特性或人做物料而導致貨品與相片出現差異，如色差、皮紋、木紋及布藝梳化車線。
- 因不當安裝、使用、存放或意外造成的損壞，以及正常的磨損。
- 顧客曾自行安裝、拆卸、改裝、搬動的貨品。
- 如顧客於簽署收貨文件後才發現貨品因出廠缺陷而導致品質問題，而以至須要更換零件或維修，客人須自行承擔該次運費。
- 送貨時間: 週一至週六辦公時間（上午9點至下午6點）
- 星期日及公眾假期不設送貨
- 所有需收取之檢查費、運輸費或拆運費Updesks保留最終決定權利
- 所有產品尺寸均為近似值，可能大約相差1mm至3mm。
- 如有任何爭議，Updesks保留最終決定權
送貨: 產品需一個月至一個半月時間出貨。
退貨: 不接受退貨
